While we are anxiously awaiting the season premiere of Arrow season 6, the cast and crew are already hard at work filming the season’s third episode – to be titled ‘Next of Kin’.
After EP Marc Guggeheim revealed the title of the episode in a recent tweet, fans began theorizing what the episode would be focusing on.
Based off of the SDCC trailer, in addition to panels and interviews, it would seem as though William’s mother, Sammantha Clayton, did not survive the Lian Yu explosion. This being said, it would be up to Oliver to take care of his son William on his own.
Fan theories have begun spreading, stating that this episode could focus on either the relationship between Oliver and his son William or between Wild Dog and his estranged daughter.
The episode is beign directed by Kevin Tancharoen, who previously directed both ‘Monument Point’ and ‘Kapiushon’. In other words, the episodes that really tug on your heart strings.
