20th Century Fox have today released a photo introducing us to the main cast of Ridley Scott’s upcoming horror-thriller ‘Alien: Covenant.’
First things first, in comparison to previous Alien films this cast is pretty big predicting that the body count by the end of the film is bound to be sky high – Xenomorphs are about to have a field day with this lot.

The shot also showcases familiar faces from the first trailer that debuted at Christmas mixed with unfamiliar crew members on the ship Covenant. One of those unfamiliar faces includes James Franco, who joined the film late into production – he takes centre stage somewhat resembling Jesus Christ during The Last Supper.
The familiar faces on board include actors Amy Seimetz, Damián Bichir, Billy Crudup and Danny McBride, who is stepping out of his usual comedic zone for something more terrifying. Meanwhile, Covenant’s female lead Katherine Waterston stands tall on the far left and Prometheus’ Michael Fassbender makes a return to the franchise on the far right of the image. The films also adds Carmen Ejogo, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean Alexander England and Benjamin Rigby to the mix.
Tune in during tomorrow night’s episode of Legion on FX for an ‘exclusive debut’ for the upcoming Prometheus sequel.
Alien: Covenant premieres May 19th.
