Happy 30th Birthday to Alice Cooper’s ‘Trash’ Album!

Alice Cooper and a lot of fans have reason to celebrate an important day today. Today is the day that his Trash album came out in 1989. Today, the man himself, Vincent Damon Furnier made a post on Instagram about the album. He mentioned Poison, one of the best-known songs on the album that sold over 2 million copies! Trash is Alice Cooper’s biggest album.

Alice Cooper is not just known for his music, but also his theatrical live shows. The live shows usually include fake blood, guillotines, electric chairs, baby dolls, straight jackets, and many more attributes. If you have never seen him live in concert, I strongly advise you to do so!

Not only does the band Alice Cooper stand for a fantastic band, but it also has a name in the film industry. You might have seen him in Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows, where he performs Ballad of Dwight Fry. To celebrate this important album on this day, I put together a playlist on Spotify for you to follow.   • Alice ran for governor in his home state, Arizona! He even had a slogan: ‘Alice Cooper: A Troubled Man for Troubled Times.’
  • Alice is good friends with Johnny Depp and also has a touring band with him called the Hollywood Vampires!
