Many, including me, might believe that Kevin Feige has enough on his plate with literally managing an entire Cinematic Universe. In just a few months, 6 ‘Phase 4’ films have been announced, 8 Television series and to top it all off Disney and Sony broke up (yes, Dr Banner, like the Beatles) and now they’re happily together again. It has been a very busy few months.
So, the correct answer would be yes Kevin Feige has enough on his hands. However, if Feige wants, Feige gets.
This week, news broke out that Feige will be developing his Star Wars movie alongside Kathleen Kennedy.
Disney’s Co-Chairman had this to say about the new collaboration:
“With the close of the Skywalker Saga, Kathy is pursuing a new era in Star Wars storytelling, and knowing what a die-hard fan Kevin is, it made sense for these two extraordinary producers to work on a Star Wars film together.”
Now, ‘Phase 4’ of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been set up which actually means that Feige could step back and enjoy the view while penning this new Star Wars film.
According to THR, Feige has already approached a major actor about a very specific role for that individual. Who would it be though? Many seem to think Chris Evans after this:

The next question to ask would be where would this film take place in the Star Wars universe?
The Skywalker saga is nearing its end, so could we see a film set after The Rise of Skywalker or perhaps another prequel like Rogue One and Solo?
It will probably be a while before we hear anything about this mystery project. For now, all we can do is speculate about the potential possibilities.
