“Call Of Duty Modern Warfare’s” Beta Starts This Week, Here’s What You Need To Know

So if you haven’t heard, there just might be a new Call Of Duty game coming out. It may be a reboot of a popular series in the franchise too, the Modern Warfare one. As far as speculation goes, I’m being pretty terrible about it, but we are almost at beta test time!

Activision released a new trailer for us, and you can check it out below!

Doesn’t that look awesome? I know I’m very excited to get some time playing the game.

The multiplayer beta begins September 12th, starting with PlayStation 4. If you pre-order you’ll have early access starting then through the 13th. The beta will go live to all PS4 owners the 14th-16th. As for the future, the beta will be available next weekend starting the 19th-20th for Xbox One and PC pre-orders while PS4 owners can all continue to play. After that it gets more awesome as the beta opens into cross-platform play for all the 21st-23rd.

A quick reminder to all who have pre-ordered, if you reserved a copy from retail you need to make sure and redeem the code you received on the Call Of Duty website. Then make sure you check your spam folders if you don’t receive a code. In case you don’t get an email, go back to the website and you should be able to find one on your account to redeem on the store of your choosing. The beta will be wide open to download beginning on the stated days above if you haven’t ordered the game.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare recently had a PS4 exclusive alpha to test the 2v2 Gunfight mode. Reception was pretty great, so I would imagine this beta should make plenty of people excited for the release!

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare will release October 25th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You can pre-order now digitally and physically at different brick and mortar locations.
