Tom Holland & Jake Gyllenhaal share ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ sneak peek
Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal sat down with IMDb to share an exclusive IMDb Originals sneak peek from the movie, which follows Peter Parker and friends after the events of Avengers: Endgame.
In this exciting first look of the film, Holland’s Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man is introduced to Gyllenhaal’s Quentin Beck AKA Mysterio and he gets a new Happy-approved Spidey suit.
The duo also answers some fan questions including their favorite Marvel movie scenes, the first time they hung out and on-set stories from filming together.
Gyllenhaal admitted that he got teary-eyed watching Holland “get all dusty.”
“That moment is an incredible moment and it’s so hard as an actor to deliver in a movie that big, there’s so much going on but to bring something real to a moment like that, the way they both did (Holland and Robert Downey Jr.) it’s just incredible. It’s my favorite moment, but I don’t like that he (Holland) dissolved,” said Gyllenhaal as Holland jokes that he had been practicing the act of dissolving and actually managed to do it.
Holland, on the other hand, likes when Iron Man cuts Thanos’s face in Infinity War and When Captain America says “Avengers Assemble!” in End Game.
A funny story they shared is from when they first hung out, they went to lunch when Holland showed off his Spidey powers with a rogue menu.
