‘Mortal Kombat’ Movie To Start Filming This Year
Surprise! Mortal Kombat is gearing up to unleash another brutal fatality. This may not be a crushed skull or a decapitation, instead, it’s a return to the big screen.
After just under 25 years since the last Mortal Kombat movie Warner Brothers will be attempting to produce another Mortal Kombat movie with the help of Aquaman‘s James Wan who will be producing the new video game adaptation.
“I’m really happy and excited to be bringing another show back to Australia with Mortal Kombat, especially after having such a great experience filming Aquaman,”
Pre-production will start very soon and the cameras are already geared to start filming in Adelaide later this year.
The Premier of South Austrailia, MP Steven Marshall shared his delight over the news calling it “the largest film production in South Australia’s history!”
