The Stranger Things Season 3 Trailer Is Here!
It’s here! The Netflix original juggernaut and pop culture-referencing Stranger Things released it’s first full trailer for the upcoming Stranger Things Season 3, and it is gloriously nostalgic. Haven’t seen it yet? We have you covered.

We finally have some answers! Well, not all of the answers, but more than I was expecting to see considering how secretive the Duffer Brothers have been with the direction of this upcoming season. Let’s note the obvious ones. The group is tackling, perhaps, it’s largest, scariest foe yet: adolescence. Shivers. Oh, and there appears to be a mutated Demogorgon, too. To immerse us further into the culture of the 1980s, Hawkins got a new mall with a food court, and Dustin was away at a summer camp. Don’t worry, Steve stayed in Hawkins, and it looks like his relationship with Dustin has grown since we last saw our beloved babysitter protecting his kids. Lastly, it appears as though ol’ Will Beyers won’t have any shenanigans happen to him this go around, but, hey, I wouldn’t be surprised if that wasn’t the case.
However, one ominous theme still seems to be lurking over the franchise’s social media page and sneaking around in every piece of promotional material to date: rats. Yes, rats!

Why? Stranger fans have been sharing their theories since last summer on these dirty yet cute little creatures, but this new trailer really didn’t answer any of those questions or theories. Now, some fans have been a little less than patient considering this third installment has taken the longest to film and release, but this trailer seems to address those concerns. Comparing some of the special effects and sets from this season to the very first, it’s safe to say Stranger Things has come a long way.
Stranger Things Season 3 is set to release on July 4th, so you have plenty of time to binge the previous two seasons.
