It was a bittersweet moment last season on Arrow when we got to see all three of our ‘canaries’ on set at the same time, in the Arrow Season 7 finale episode. Caity Lotz, first made her debut as the masked vigilante in Season 2 and has remained a fan favorite ever since then. Katie Cassidy has won fans over with her performance as Black Siren, the Earth-2 version of beloved Laurel Nace. Juliana Harkavy took over the mantle as The Black Canary back in Season 5, and has absolutely dominated the character for the past two years.

Yesterday, Arrow Showrunner/Executive Producer Beth Schwartz released a script teaser for an upcoming episode this season titled ‘Lost Canary’, featuring 3 Canary figurines:

Shortly after this photo was posted on Twitter, Katie Cassidy posted a photo of the trio with the caption ‘Girls Rule! #round 2’.

We have seen many more interactions between Black Siren and Black Canary this season, now that Black Siren has seemingly turned over a new leaf and has decided to play ball with Team Arrow as Star City’s District Attorney. While I am excited to see the trio come together for this episode, I am especially excited to see how Black Siren and Sara Lance work together. The duo only met last season, after Quentin Lance was taken to the hospital after being shot by Ricardo Diaz. I was happy to see the two finally come together, although I had wished the circumstances that brought them together for the first time hadn’t been so heartbreaking.

Although we currently do not have a synopsis for this episode just yet, the news is nonetheless exciting! I cannot wait to see Sara back in Star City, fighting side by side with Oliver and his team once more!

Arrow will return on Monday, March 4th at 8PM/EST on The CW.
