‘Avengers: Endgame’ Super Bowl Trailer

Despite receiving a full trailer for Endgame in December, Marvel spoiled us with a short 30 second TV spot during the Super Bowl- Thank you Marvel.

I’m sure a lot of people tune in to watch the Super Bowl for the actual sport, however I know that many people are just here for the trailers… like me, and Engame was a definite highlight.

The first few seconds really got to fans as the teaser forced up to remember the fallen characters that dissolved after Thanos’ snap. The quick edit shows Hope, Spidey, T’Challa, the Guardians, Scarlet Witch and Vision.

Ouch, Marvel… Ouch.

The teaser then revealed a murky and quiet New York and the remaining Avengers: Cap, Widow, Thor, Tony, Bruce, Rhodey, Scott, Hawkeye (Yes!), as well as Rocket and Nebula who is seen helping Tony construct something on the Milano.

Compared to the trailer which seemingly built up hope and even ended on a fun little clip with Ant-Man turning up miraculously, this trailer gave fans a better look at the world after the snap. Not only is New York incredibly quiet but the heroes look lost. They refuse to move on but they’re not sure what to do next.

As the heroes begin preparing for the fight to save the universe (well, half of it), Captain America says:

“Some people move on, but not us,”
