EXCLUSIVE: Norman Reedus Embraces His Inner Songbird in New ‘Ride With Norman Reedus’ Promo

The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus may have a spoken word album on the way, but this latest clip from the upcoming third season of AMC’s Ride With Norman Reedus is highlighting Reedus’ creative singing and songwriting abilities in the best of ways.

The clip, which deems itself Ride Diary: The Musical, kicks off with Reedus whipping up a hilarious yet nonsensical song on the open road only for his Walking Dead co-star Austin Amelio to say “you just make up songs and then they stick with us all day long. You could make a Ride album of just you singing.” The rest of the promo takes you through all of the wonderful songs Reedus and his guests created throughout the season including the “Yum Yum (Scotland Mix)” with Melissa McBride, “No More Toes” which features Jeffrey Dean Morgan and a genre-defying rendition “Saddle Mountain Metal” with Amelio. Check it out below!

Ride With Norman Reedus follows The Walking Dead star and a guest as they travel to a different destination on a motorcycle and explore the city’s biker culture and check out various locales – and this season he’s going global. Not to mention the guests are amazing! Hitting the road with him are a ton of Walking Dead stars past and present including Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Melissa McBride, Steven Yeun, Austin Amelio and, Rick Grimes himself, Andrew Lincoln. Additionally, Marilyn Manson, Ian Anderson, and more will join him.

Reedus recently expressed his excitement for this season.

[row]“There’s not much I love more than riding my bike on an open road with good friends. The fact that I get to do that as my job is a dream come true. I’m super stoked for people to watch the upcoming season and can’t wait to start shooting three soon.” He said.[/row]

Ride with Norman Reedus is produced by Left/Right, with Ken Druckerman, Banks Tarver, and Anneka Jones serving as executive producers.  Reedus also serves as executive producer.

Season three of Ride with Norman Reedus premieres on February 10th on AMC, after the mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead, and airs late night every Sunday after.
