‘Fortnite’ Season 7 Challenges – Week 3!

Another week, another challenge! Fortnite is in season 7, and every week there are new rewards for completing new actions. There are three free challenges and four that are part of the paid Battle Pass which can earn you plenty of great items. Let’s take a look at what we got to get done this time!

Here’s what you’ll be trying to finish up this week as you’re wrapping your final gifts. (Photo credit to David Burdette)

Free Challenges

  • Ride a zip line in five different matches

This is yet another simple challenge. Beginning this season there are a bunch of zip lines around the map. Jumping towards them to take a ride is all it takes to complete this challenge, although you have to do it in five matches. A plus? You can zip up so every zip line is in play.

  • (Stage Challenge) Land at Lonely Lodge, Pleasant Park, Lucky Landing, Lazy Links, and Tilted Towers (In said Order)

This is easy but another one that takes multiple matches to accomplish. All you have to do is simply jump from the battlebus and head towards your intended location. Once you land, the notification for completion should pop!

  • Get two eliminations with legendary weapons (Hard)

Another elimination challenge which I am terrible at. This one gets easier in that the weapon they want you to use is more powerful, but they are harder to find. Whatever you get a hold of, use it wisely. And if you get a legendary RPG, you stink. *Hint* Supply drops are your best bet for them, but keep an eye open for chests and vending machines.

Battle Pass Challenges (paid)

  • Search seven chests at Polar Peak or Tomato Temple

This is something you could do in one match but it is highly unlikely you will survive that long, or that you can beat the storm (although a plane might work in your favor). Simply drop into one of these locations and start grabbing as many chests as you can. This is a challenge you can do across matches so do not feel rushed. Three matches and you should be done.

  • Ring a doorbell in two different named locations in a single match

Not too bad still. The Halloween challenge makes a comeback, but instead of having to ring it while an enemy is inside, you simply have to ring a doorbell then run to another area to do it again. The easiest way to do it is drop to Fatal Fields, then make a run to Salty Springs. These are your closest locations. Wailing Woods and Lonely Lodge is not so far apart either.

  • Search between three ski lodges (Hard)

An old challenge returns! Searching a specific location for battle stars is a classic and simple to do. Just make your way over to B9 in the new snowy area of the map and you will find it behind one of the lodges.

  • (Stage Challenge) Deal 200 damage with shotguns, pistols, and snipers (Hard) (In said order)

Our final challenge is another stage challenge. You will have to play at least three matches to finish it. Just find a shotgun, pistol, and sniper and start shooting. 200 damage is not a large order, so finishing up each one should not take an accurate player very long.

Have you finished your challenges yet? Are you like me and you are two weeks behind because of the holidays? Drop down and land at the comments and tell us all about it.
