‘Gotham’s’ Action-Packed Season 5 Trailer Says ‘This Is The End’
Gothamites, it’s time to all reunite! Fox just came with a 40-second trailer to show us exactly what we will be getting in the final season of Gotham. A lot of action is going to go down in this season, including well-choreographed fights, explosions and some new villains and heroes being born. Take a look below at the teaser:
The last season already proved to be an ode to all the Batman movies made, and I have a feeling that season 5 will be the build the same way. The first shot is of a burning Gotham with a broken bridge that leads to the outside of Gotham. This scene makes me think of an overview you get in the Nolan Trilogy.
I’m also pretty sure in the first 10 seconds we get our first look at Bane, with the glowing oxygen mask to the clothing he’s wearing. Bane will be portrayed by Shane West (A Walk To Remember, ER). I’m also pretty sure we get a look at Jeremiah’s ‘possible deranged girlfriend’ that they mentioned at New York Comic-Con.
It’s not only the villains ganging up on Gotham, but there is also one specific moment that got me super-hyped for the last season.
Catwoman is going to be the born. We won’t see a suited-up Batman until the very last episode of the season, but I’m so ready for this season to arrive already. The whole trailer feels like it’s a movie trailer and I feel like they got out the big guns for this show.

Synopsis:
