#WritingForGosling: A Ryan Gosling fan has Tweeted over 20 Film Pitches for Actor

What better way to gear up for Ryan Gosling’s new film, First Man, than by looking at over 20 new film pitches for him?

Our own Director of Media & Development & Production, Nick Floyd, has dreamed up one film idea per day for the past 22 days, exclusively for the aforementioned actor.

Floyd, a longtime super fan of Ryan Gosling, and writer of several of his own films, initially notified his Twitter followers of the project on September 13th:

Since then, he has followed through with 22 creative film pitches to Gosling, and shows no signs of stopping.

Here are just a few of our favorites:

When I asked Floyd what inspired him to dedicate his twitter to pitches for Gosling, he replied curtly:

Because the world needs more Ryan Gosling. Whether you like it or not, he’s one of the greatest actors of our generation.

Ryan Gosling first came onto the scene in 1995 in Are You Afraid of The Dark? and went on to star as Hercules in 1998 on Young Hercules. He also appeared in Remember the Titans.

He is beloved as star in one of the greatest love stories of all time, The Notebook, based on the Nicholas Sparks book by the same name. He’s also starred in films Drive, Crazy, Stupid, Love, The Nice guys, La La Land, and the Blade Runner films.

His newest film, First Man, based on Neil Armstrong’s trip to the moon, hits theaters Thursday.

Have you ever dreamt of seeing Ryan Gosling take on roles such as these? We’re challenging you to come up with your own pitches for the actor! Tweet your ideas with the hashtag #WritingForGosling.
