‘Daredevil’ Returns With Season 3 In October

It’s time to let the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen back out into the city. Last time we saw Matt Murdock was with the Defenders (or Iron Fist season 2, depends what you already watched). There hasn’t been much marketing around the third season for this incredible Netflix Original show, but we recently heard they filled one of the slots at the New York Comic-Con.

Now, however, Netflix shared a 53-second video to promote the return of Daredevil and its third season, and we finally have a date when it will be available.

On Twitter they added it with a Bible verse Deuteronomy 30:15, which says the following:

“See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction.”

October 19, a week after the New York Comic-Con panel. Recently Netflix also surprised us with two new posters. The first one is one that the official Daredevil Twitter account tweeted, tagged with ‘Roman 2:8,’ referring to a piece in the Bible that says the following:

“But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.”

Now, what does this mean? Someone in the comment section asked them, and they got another Bible verse reference. This time it was Romans 1:21:

“For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile, and their foolish hearts were darkened.”

The first poster they released was one with the cross and the Daredevil cowl, saying ‘Let there be darkness.’

I see a whole religion thing going here, and it only means that in season 3, Daredevil is going to embrace the darkness.

“But when I hoped for good, evil came, and when I waited for light, darkness came. – Job 30:26.”

Daredevil season 3 will be here faster than we thought because Netflix is bringing it to us on October 19. Are you excited for the third season of Daredevil? What do you think the Bible verses mean for the third season? Let us know in the comments below.
