‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ Officially Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes
This weekend, Tom Cruise and Henry Cavill will take over theaters nationwide in what critics are calling the best Mission Impossible film to date – Mission: Impossible – Fallout. This newest film will be the sixth installment in the franchise which has arguably, only gotten better with age and critics seems to agree.
On Tuesday afternoon, Rotten Tomatoes officially deemed the film “Certified Fresh” with 81 reviews and a 96% positive rating. Earning a score that high is certainly no small feat. Check out the Rotten Tomatoes post from Twitter below:

Since the time of that post (and at the time of writing this article), Mission: Impossible – Fallout‘s Rotten Tomatoes score has actually increased! Now, with 89 total reviews on the site, the film stands with a whopping 97% positive rating. Any way you look at it, earning that high of praise is pretty impressive.
In addition to Cruise and Cavill, the film stars Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris, Angela Bassett, Vanessa Kirby, Michelle Monaghan, Alec Baldwin, Wes Bentley, and Frederick Schmidt. Christoper McQuarrie is director and producer along with Cruise, Jake Myers and J.J. Abrams. The film is executive produced by David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger.
