Will We See Doctor Strange in ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’?
Thanks to Tom Holland’s “accidental” reveal of the next Spider-Man film’s brand new title, we know he’s headed “Far From Home.”
There is little else that we know about Sony and Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel. We are aware, however, that Spider-Man: Far From Home will be shot in London and Peter Parker will be featured while he’s on a summer vacation with friends across the pond. Reports have it that the story will pick up a few minutes after Avengers 4, which has no title yet. Jake Gyllenhaal is holding talks in hopes of playing the part of Queen Beck, also known as Mysterio. Mysterio is supposedly a special effects stunt man and wizard, who uses his Visual Effects Magic for his big evil plans.

Many fans have since begun to believe that Doctor Strange would most likely have a role in the sequel which will show Spidey growing up a bit. After all, Strange holds his magic in London, and since villain Mysterio is magic saavy, who would be better to help Spider-Man out than Strange, right?
Perhaps wrong.
Kevin Fiege recently decided to stop the speculations to Slashfilm. He was asked basically, whether we will see Doctor Strange in Spider-Man: Far From Home. He said no and then went on to elaborate:
“I don’t wanna get people excited. But Benedict and Holland have liked the idea of working together.
So, it seems that we won’t be seeing a jolly Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange after all in Spider-man: Far From Home.
Who do you think will pop up in the film? Will everybody make it out of Infinity War alive? Peter Parker obviously will…
