CBS and ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ Return to San Diego Comic-Con

Tens of thousands attend the annual Comic-Con and this year it will be happening from July 19 -22, 2018. For those who are fans of Star Trek: Discovery, it’s your lucky month to indeed “live long and prosper” because the cast and crew of Star Trek: Discovery will be landing at the Hall H for this month’s San Diego Comic-Con.

CBS announced that the presence of Star Trek: Discovery at the meeting will not only include the star-studded panel but also several activations as well.

It will be on July 20, 2018 when the fans of this series will get a chance at the Hall H for an exceptional talk with the cast including, Doug Jones, Anthony Rapp, Shazad Latif, Mary Chieffo, Sonequa Martin-Green, Wilson Cruz, Mary Wiseman, as well as the newbie Anson Mount.

Tig Notaro who will be the guest star in the forthcoming season as Reno the Chief Engineer will be hosting the convention from 1:30 PM PST. Heather Kadin and Alex Kurtzman who are the executive producers will join the panel to give a sneak peek of Star Trek: Discovery season two.

Mirror Universe will be at the Michael J. Wolf Fine Arts Gallery exhibiting for all four days. The fans will explore the exhibit from 11 AM to 9 PM for the first three days while the last day which is July 22 on Sunday, the exhibit will be open from 11 AM to 5 PM PST. The exhibit at the gallery will present the first look at Star Trek: Discovery’s twisted re-imagining in the Mirror Universe.

Fans will get to enjoy and view the costumes, props and a recreation of the set.
