This 13-Second Clip of Nick Offerman’s Giggle is What We All Need Right Now

This past weekend, while bumming around on a dreary and rainy Saturday in New York, I began binge-watching Parks and Recreation probably for the millionth time. After spending far too many hours re-watching some of my favorite episodes, I discovered this gem of a tribute posted by Conan O’Brien to none other than Ron Swanson himself, Nick Offerman.

This 13-Second Clip of Nick Offerman’s Giggle is What We All Need Right Now

On Parks and Rec, Offerman’s portrayal of Ron Swanson is, dare I say, iconic. The stoic, emotionless head of the Parks Department never lets his guard down, unless of course, he finds something particularly hilarious. In that case, Swanson lets out the tiniest, high-pitch giggle that you’ve ever heard. Who knew that in real life, Nick Offerman’s laugh was just as endearing and also, to paraphrase O’Brien’s words, insanely infectious.

O’Brien hilariously supercut 13 seconds straight of Offerman’s “insane giggle,” and, well, this video is just sure to brighten your day! Check it out:

Offerman is definitely keeping super busy these days. He has a new movie out in select theaters called Hearts Beat Loud which also stars Kiersey Clemons, Ted Danson, Sasha Lane, with Blythe Danner and Toni Collette. The film tells the story of a single dad and record store owner Frank (Nick Offerman) who is preparing to send his hard-working daughter Sam (Kiersey Clemons) off to college while also being forced to close his vintage shop. Hoping to stay connected through their shared musical passions, Frank urges Sam to turn their weekly “jam sesh” into a father-daughter live act. After their first song becomes an Internet breakout, the two embark on a journey of love, growing up and musical discovery.

Additionally, Offerman has a brand-new series coming to NBC called Making It. Here’s the best part about this series – Offerman is teaming up, once again, with his Parks and Rec co-star, Amy Poehler! The series is a fun DIY crafting show with a bit of competition thrown in. You can check out the preview of the show HEREMaking It premieres on NBC this July!
