Jimmy Fallon’s Falcon Faceoff! Mackie vs Macchio.
Avengers star Anthony Mackie never expected that a simple game of Karate Piñata would turn into an epic battle of the birds. Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon invited Mr. Mackie to stand in the middle of four rotating piñatas, allowing him 20 seconds to kick open as many as possible while blindfolded! An excited Anthony seemed up t0 the task until Jimmy introduced his challenger, The Karate Kid himself, Ralph Macchio. While Mr. Mackie exclaimed that he had strong ‘assets’ to do the job, he was clearly shaken when Mr. Macchio pulled out his iconic LaRusso bandana. It was a hard fought battle by both men and while Anthony Mackie was able to take down two piñatas, it was the Ralph Macchio’s legendary one-legged kick that sealed the win. Falcons may be fast but it is clearly The Crane that ruled this roost. 😉
