The Russo Brothers Share Hawkeye Meme on Facebook

When fans of Avengers: Infinity War saw the first trailer, a few familiar faces were noticeably missing. For a film with the magnitude of Infinity War, it was safe to assume that it could have been that way because there are SO many heroes in the movie.

At least, it was safe to assume that at first.

When promo for the movie began those same faces were still missing. So far, we’ve seen only a very small amount of Loki in the trailer and none of Ant-Man or Hawkeye. All jokes aside, the Russo’s did say that Hawkeye is on his own journey in Infinity War. Getting new promotional information might give something away.

Many fans have made their own promo posters and photos of the heroes in action, especially Hawkeye. One movie theater even used a Hawkeye (only) poster to celebrate the movie.

Jeremy Renner has even joined in by sharing some of the posts on his social media pages. Why not have a little fun when you’re the only one who really knows what your place in a movie is. He’s not the only one close to the film who’s seen the fan made posters and memes, either.

The Russo brothers changed their header photo on Facebook to reflect what Hawkeye might be feeling right now.

We’ll just have to wait and see if anyone asks Clint how he’s doing when we see Avengers: Infinity War on April 27th.
