Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters April 27th. Are you prepared? Sebastian Stan is! Mr. Stan took to social media this morning and gave us a peek into his preparation for portraying our beloved Bucky Barnes. As a fitness professional, I am impressed by the work ethic of those that bring our favorite characters to life. Physical transformation requires a great amount of dedication in the gym and in the kitchen, as well as having a trusting relationship with your support system to keep you motivated. Sebastian Stan has clearly hit the jackpot with an amazing team! Much credit should be given to fitness expert, Don Saladino, owner of Drive Clubs in NYC, who has worked with ‘Marvel’-ous celebrities like Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson, Hugh Jackman and many more.
