Sebastian Stan Brings Smiles to Kids at New York-Presbyterian’s Children’s Hospital

With the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War less than two months away, the buzz surrounding the film is building. It’s not just the massive film that fans are excited about, it’s everything that Marvel is doing alongside it.

That includes, as usual, the release of what will be some of the best MCU merchandise to date and opportunities to take part in the celebration of 10 of the best years in pop culture. There are tv spots, special announcements, and a cumulation of everything we’ve grown to know and love so far.

There’s also a huge charity initiative that some of the MCU’s finest are taking part in and it kicked off with Sebastian Stan, Paul Bettany, and Karen Gillan on GMA. They announced #HeroActs and how you could help not only raise awareness but like enough posts that you can be part of the reason that Marvel and Disney donate a quarter of a million to Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Sebastian took that a step further with a visit to a Children’s Hospital where he brought gifts, smiles, and memories to last a lifetime to some special children. On his Instagram profile, he posted a few photos from his visit to New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley’s Children’s Hospital.

Not only are the Marvel Stars raising money for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, they’re taking a personal approach in reaching out to these children and making some of their dreams come true. For a child confined to a hospital or a bed or by an illness, there’s nothing more special than having a hero. Sebastian and Tom Holland both spent time with kids who needed some cheering up after the release of the #HeroActs initiative and we imagine there will be more to come.

It’s not hard to understand why Sebastian has such a loyal fan base. It’s easy to admire someone who goes out of their way to bring smiles to the faces of those who need it most.

You can see Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes in Avengers: Infinity War on April 27th.
