Could The Ray Make a Return to the Arrowverse?

During the ‘Crisis on Earth-X’ massive crossover event between Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow, a new superhero graced our screens: The Ray. Ray Terrill (played by Russell Tovey) was essential to helping our heroes escape Earth-X and stop the Nazis from conquering Earth-1. The Ray is currently taking on the animated universe in the CW Seed series, Freedom Fighters: The Ray, but fans have been wondering if he will ever make the transition back to the small screen. Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim has the answer:

“The only two things that we need to see The Ray in live action again are a great story and Russell’s availability. We get those two things and you’ll absolutely see him again. We certainly would hope to.”

Tovey can currently been seen on ABC’s Quantico, with its third season set to air in January. If his schedule does happen to open up, Guggenheim would love to bring him back to kick some butt in the live-action world.

Would you like to see The Ray back in the Arrowverse?
