‘The Big Bang Theory’ Recap “The Celebration Reverberation”
Last week, we saw Raj and Howard taking a break from their friendship. They still didn’t make up… Raj gave Stuart his extra Star Wars: The Last Jedi ticket and Howard didn’t invite Raj to Halley’s birthday party.
Howard eventually goes over to Raj’s to invite him to the party. He also wants Raj to help plan the party. Raj refuses to help Howard but does it to help Halley. He sets up a wonderful party but no one is able to come.
They try to make the best of it by jumping in the bounce house. They resolve their issues and it seems like they are going to be friends again.
Sheldon wants to make Amy an authentic Little House on the Prairie dinner for her birthday, so he’s smoking meat and churning his own butter. How romantic.
Amy loves Sheldon’s birthday surprise. He even used mood lighting. The mood is 1880s Pasadena…
Amy suddenly feels sick. Maybe there was something wrong with the food. Sheldon denies that as he rushes off to vomit. They both have a case of food poisoning.
Leonard and Penny are keeping track of the cool things they did this year. Leonard wants to show up his brother by sending a better, more accomplished Christmas letter.
They can’t think of exciting things to include in the letter. All they have is “still married, still employed, kept the fern alive, and considered taking a trip. ”
It was nice to see Raj and Howard as friends again. I dislike when main characters fight. I’m happy that Halley brought them back together, even if she won’t remember it. It was also interesting to see Sheldon fail at something. It was unfortunate that he and Amy got sick as a result but his failure proves that he’s human. Hopefully, we have more instances of him as a human in the future.
