‘The Walking Dead’ and ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Crossover Character Will Be Revealed on Sunday’s ‘Talking Dead’

This is it!  It’s actually happening!  Walking Dead worlds are about to collide and all will be revealed much sooner than we originally thought!  During New York Comic Con’s The Walking Dead panel in October of this year, The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman officially confirmed that there will be a crossover event happening between Fear the Walking Dead and The Walking Dead.  During the panel, Kirkman said, “I’ll say this: there is one character that is going to go from one show, that I will not name, to another show, that I will not name.”  As it turns out, that character is about to be revealed!

The Walking Dead social media accounts announced on Friday that the crossover event character will be revealed during this Sunday’s Talking Dead episode.  No other information was given but it’s sure to be an epic reveal.  Melissa McBride and Kevin Smith will be guests on the Talking Dead couch this Sunday along with a surprise cast member.  In The Walking Dead world, a surprise cast member more often than not signifies a major character death but, this week, could it be the crossover character?

Ever since Fear the Walking Dead premiered, there was chatter of a crossover event involving The Walking Dead universe, however, being that Fear the Walking Dead is set in an earlier time period than The Walking Dead is and, given the differences in the geographic locations for each show, that seemed like a long shot.  Once Kirkman confirmed the crossover would take place, fan theories ran wild!  The most popular of those theories point to the return of Abraham Ford (played by Michael Cudlitz).

As the Fear the Walking Dead characters are heading toward refuge in Houston, Texas, hardcore fans were quick to point out, that’s also where Abraham is from!  Is Abraham Ford the crossover character?

The Walking Dead then threw a major curveball at fans when season 1 character Morales (played by Gabriel Pareja) had a brief return this season.  Morales, unfortunately, was shot down by Daryl but, is it possible that we may get to see what the Morales family was up to before heading to Atlanta?

We’ll find out Sunday!  A brand new episode of The Walking Dead will air on Sunday, November 26th at 9 PM EST with the big Talking Dead revealing immediately following at 10 PM EST on AMC!

Which character do you think will be featured in a crossover episode between The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead?  Let us know your fan theories in the comment section below!
