‘Fear the Walking Dead’ AMC Drops Their NYCC Appearance

News from New York Comic Con announced that the cast and producers of AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead have canceled their Thursday panel appearance at Madison Square Garden.

The announcement came from NYCC’s Twitter account this past Thursday.

The tweet left some confused and NYCC had to clarify that the cancellation was for Fear The Walking Dead‘s panel ONLY and not The Walking Dead‘s panel. The Walking Dead cast and crew will still appear at their scheduled panel on Saturday.

There has been no further information or word from AMC directly.

Fear the Walking Dead is currently in its third season with just 3 remaining episodes left. The series was renewed for a fourth season before the third even premiered. The third season will have current showrunner Dave Erickson exiting and the fourth will bring on The Walking Dead‘s showrunner, Scott M. Gimple. For more info on that topic, click HERE.

Fear the Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 pm on AMC. The Walking Dead will return for its eighth season, premiering with their 100th episode on October 22, 2017.
