Happy Birthday, Alicia Witt!
Yet, another The Walking Dead family cast member celebrates a birthday today! Our very own, Alicia Witt celebrates turning 42!
Appearing on countless films and television series, we best know her for portraying Paula, one of Negan’s saviors in season 6. She made evil look so good which left us fans wanting more. But you have to admit, it was pretty satisfying to have her face being ripped apart by a walker and at the hands of Carol.
Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Alicia is an accomplished actress, singer/songwriter and pianist. Her first film as a child was David Lynch’s Dune. Lynch later cast her in a guest role in the original Twin Peaks. Other film and television appearances have included roles in Urban Legend, Last Holiday, Mr. Holland’s Opus, Nashville, and a reprisal of her role in 2017’s Twin Peaks.
Along with acting, Alicia is reported to be a musical prodigy. She played piano at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel to support herself during her early acting career. Her self-titled EP as well as all her other musical releases are available on her website, Amazon and iTunes.
