WATCH: ‘Black Panther’ Teaser Trailer Finally Arrives
Bow down to the king!
The first teaser trailer for Black Panther aired last night during the NBA finals and it is even more amazing than we could have imagined. The trailer starts off with Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) interrogating Ulysses Klaw (Andy Serkis) – who’s minus a hand thanks to Ultron. “Tell me something. What do you know about Wakanda?,” Klaw asks. “It’s a third world country. Textiles, shepherds, cool outfits,” Ross responds to which Klaw says it’s actually a front. Not only is Wakanda not located in South America, but in Africa, Klaw claims he’s the only one who’s seen it and survived to tell the tale. From there, we see the awesome Wakanda itself, along with T’Challa, Danai Gurira’s Okoye, Lupita Nyong’o’s Nakia, Michael B. Jordan’s Erik Kilmonger (accompanied by Daniel Kaluuya’s W’Kabi), Angela Bassett and Forest Whitaker who are serving up loads of badassery. Oh yeah, the trailer also has a hot beat to back up the epic action. View it below!
Black Panther hits theaters on February 16th, 2018.
