Chris Cornell To Be Laid To Rest Friday
On Saturday, sources with knowledge to the plans have told CNN that Soundgarden and Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell will be laid to rest on Friday, May 26, 2017.
The singer’s body will be flown to Los Angeles from Michigan today. Cornell will be buried at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
One source did state:
“The family is thinking about a (public) memorial for fans, but is coping now with their loss and the funeral service.”
