Freeform Releases First Look at ‘Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger’
Freeform has released the first official trailer for the network’s first Marvel series, Cloak & Dagger.
Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger tells the story of Tandy and Tyrone, two teenagers who discover that they not only have superpowers but that their powers are linked to each other. While Tandy’s got the power of light emitting daggers, Tyrone’s got the power to shroud others in darkness.
The first trailer gives us a glimpse into Tandy and Tyrone’s chemistry-filled first meeting, the moment they discover their powers, and the realization that their powers are linked as well a hint at where the pair are coming from and what their families have dealt with.
Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger stars Olivia Holt, Aubrey Joseph, Andrea Roth, Gloria Reuben, Miles Mussenden, Carl Lundstedt, James Saito and J.D. Evermore. Gina Prince-Bythewood (“Love & Basketball”) directed the first episode.
The 10-episode first season is set to debut early 2018.
