Earlier this year, it was announced that the hit comedy series Will & Grace would be coming out of retirement to, once again, grace our televisions for a 9th season.

In January, NBC confirmed it had ordered a 10-episode revival of the Emmy-winning series with the original cast, Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Sean Hayes, and Megan Mullally all returning.

Now, like the rest of us, NBC wants even more Will & Grace! This week, the network has announced an extension of the revival by two episodes bringing the 9th season to a total of 12 episodes.

The new episodes are expected to pick up the characters’ stories 10 years later, after the 2006 series finale.  Will & Grace creators/executive producers Max Mutchnick and David Kohan as well as director/executive producer James Burrows are all returning as well.

Will & Grace will return later this year for the 2017-2018 TV season.  Are you excited?
