‘John Wick: Chapter 2’ Trailer Released
When John Wick was initially released back in the fall of 2014 no one expected the pure enjoyment of watching Keanu Reeves spend 101 minutes taking names as a former hitman gunning for a Russian mobster’s son, and all because the upstart kills Wick’s puppy. The movie took theaters by storm, grossing a total of $86 million worldwide against a $20 million budget, and was an even bigger sleeper hit upon home video release. It wasn’t long until a sequel was announced and now, just two months away from release, the trailer for John Wick: Chapter 2 has finally been released online.

All that’s known thus far is that the plot picks up just days after the first installment, with Wick continuing to take on waves of cannon fodder whilst being hunted by mercenaries himself. Judging by the trailer, we’ll be treated to even bigger set pieces fit to make any action junkie’s mind go numb. John Wick: Chapter 2 stars Keanu Reeves, John Leguizamo, Lance Reddick, Brudget Moynahan, Ian McShane, Laurence FIshburne, Ruby Rose, Common, and Peter Stormare. David Leitch, prepping to helm Deadpool 2, and Chad Stahleski co-direct from a script by Derek Kolstad (John Wick) and will hit theaters on February 10, 2017.
Jerrold spent his childhood in southeastern Pennsylvania ingesting far too many TV shows and movies, thus creating a stark-raving mad geek. He’s a movie aficionado, binge-watches Netflix, and is a total TV junkie. His addiction has led to an unhealthy and rabid obsession of various geek pantheons – Star Trek, Star Wars, both DC *AND* Marvel,
cult 80’s and 90’s television, Supernatural, The X-Files, Doctor Who, and, and…holy overload. He’s still waiting to run away in a 1967 Impala or a blue police box.
