Vixen Joining Legends of Tomorrow
TV Insider reports that Vixen will be joining the crew of the Waverider when DC’s Legends of Tomorrow returns this fall on the CW. She has already been confirmed to appear as a series regular, but unfortunately, it will not be the same Vixen that appeared during season 4 of Arrow.
Due to scheduling conflicts, Megalyn E.K. will be unable to reprise her role on Legends. The show will instead introduce a new Vixen. She will be an older version of the character who the team will meet in the past. There are hints that she may have some historical tie to the Vixen that we met on Arrow. E.K. will however continue to voice her on the animated series airing on CW Seed. So she is still sticking around and could potentially appear as a guest star, schedule permitting.
Casting is currently under way for our new Vixen.
I am personally really excited. She was a pretty cool character and a strong female. I think that she is a fantastic addition to the crew.
