Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. Visit A Very Special Fan
Ryan Wilcox is 18 years old and has been diagnosed with leukemia for the second time. He also happens to be HUGE fan of The Avengers with a big dream.
Recently, Ryan had posted his story as well as his wish to meet The Avengers stars on his social media pages accompanied by the hashtag “#ryanstrong”. None other than Pepper Potts herself, Gwyneth Paltrow, saw the story and promised to help make Ryan’s wish come true.
On Monday, it finally happened and she delivered! Paltrow chronicled the adventure via Instagram and took co-stars, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. along for the trip as well. Their journey to San Diego began with the first posting a pic of Evans and Downey Jr. on the tarmac. “Let’s do this!”
Mid-air, Paltrow gave fans a little 360 degree tour of their jet. As the gentlemen chatted, Paltrow played.
Finally, the moment they had all been waiting for! Paltrow, Evans and Downey Jr. spent the afternoon chatting and hanging out with Ryan and his family. Paltrow posted this BEAUTIFUL picture of Evans and Downey Jr. meeting Ryan. The HUGE smile on his face really says it all!
