‘Arrow’ Preview ‘Lost in the Flood’

Last week’s episode of Arrow certainly continued the trend of bringing on the shock factor. Damien Darhk’s plan for ‘Genesis’ officially went underway, and although Team Arrow was able to thwart the vast majority of Darhk’s plan, it was not a complete success. One of the nuclear missiles made a hit, killing tens of thousands. Even though it was not the entire world that was destroyed, it was enough deaths to give Dark even more power. ‘Monument Point’ ended Oliver and Diggle discovering Damien’s secret templar underneath Star City. To their extreme dismay, Damien was absorbing the souls of
all those victims out of his idol.

The next episode will be titled ‘Lost in the Flood’. Judging by the preview, it’s going to be a pretty big episode full of climatic events:

OLIVER FIGHTS FOR THEA; DONNA SMOAK FACES OFF WITH NOAH KUTTLER – Following the shocking events in the previous episode, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) race to rescue Thea (Willa Holland), while Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), Curtis (Echo Kellum) and Noah (Tom Amandes) join together to stop Darhk ( star Neal McDonough).

If I had to venture a guess, I would say the episode title ‘Lost in the Food’ is referring to the current status of Team Arrow. Thea is trapped in Darhk’s ‘Ark’ and her minds seems to be completely lost.

Diggle and Oliver have to battle their way through H.I.V.E’s forces to rescue her, and the rest of the Team members are completely unsure of how exactly they are supposed to take down Damien Darhk, especially since he has freshly absorbed more souls and is now even more unstoppable than before. This episode looks like it is going to be full of
some intense action, and I cannot wait for
it.

‘Lost in the Flood’ airs when Arrow returns on Wednesday, May 18th at 8PM/EST on The CW.
