How much does the cast of ‘The Walking Dead’ make?

We know celebrities live a very lavish lifestyle that we can only dream of. The cast of The Walking Dead are no exception. And with their
multiple homes, here in the U.S. and abroad, and their families, how much do they make? According to businessinsider.com, as of 2016, here are the estimated numbers:

  • Robert Kirkman: $20 million

He isn’t a cast member but he gave us TWD!! And that’s a ton of money!

  • Andrew Lincoln: $8 million

He earns about $90,000 an episode which calculates to $1.44 million a season!

  • Norman Reedus: $8 million

He earns a little less than Lincoln at $80,000 an episode and $1.28 million annually.

  • Steven Yeun: $4 million

His exact earnings per episode are unknown but as one of the younger cast members, he’s doing pretty darn good.

  • Lennie James: $4 million

While his character has been there from the beginning, he hasn’t been on screen the whole time. James is also a screenwriter and playwright.

  • Melissa McBride: $3 million

As an original member, this doesn’t come as a surprise.

  • Chandler Riggs: $2 million

At 16, Riggs has more money than I can dream of getting at 23. He recently learned to drive so maybe he got himself a little celebratory set of wheels.

  • Lauren Cohan: $2 million

She falls right around the middle of the pack. She does have other credits under her belt so her official TWD income isn’t known.

  • Scott Wilson: $2 million

As one of the oldest cast members, this number seems a little low. But Wilson seems perfectly content with where he is at.

  • Emily Kinney: $1.5 million

After getting killed off in season 5, her music career really kicked off. Her music along with her acting has contributed to her worth.

  • Danai Gurira: $500,000

She entered the show officially in season 3 and has other projects rooting for her, like her Tony nominated play Eclipsed.

Here’s a funny little throwback to season 3.
