‘Star Wars’ Charity Campaign Announced
It’s no news that a big movie like this wants to do something charitable. It has a great name and it’s called ‘Force for Change‘.
In the video below we see president Kathleen Kennedy from Lucasfilm and our own Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill announce a new campaign for Force for Change.
From on today to May 4 (May the 4th be with you, right?) you can donate to four different charitas: American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Clubs In America, Make a Wish and Unicef. They want to get to a $1.000.000 in total. Which is so amazing. Plus the fact you can win some prices with it, makes it even better!
If 20 fans can raise $4500 they will win a Star Wars: The Force Awakens Blu-ray that is signed by the cast. If that isn’t worth it, I don’t know what will!
