Stephen and Robbie Amell Launch Campaign for ‘CODE 8’
What is Code 8,
you may ask?
About a
year ago, Stephen and Robbie came together after
working on the first
Flash/Arrow crossover episode and discussed the possibility of working on a
project together. Following
this, the idea for Code 8 was
born.
The film sets us in the
near future, and 4% of the
population are
endowed with various types of powers. Because of this, the
police force have
become
militarized and have been equipped with high tech equipment, robots and
drones to help them keep the peace
and hold order. I highly recommend checking
out the short film, especially
for those of you who are avid sci-
fi
fans.

to the big screen
and to get
a look at the 10-minute short film they have produced. So far they
have
raised approximately $190,000 of
their goal of $200,000. They have some
pretty amazing perks for those who
make a donation. You can claim some

Code
8 gear and
some of the bigger perks include trips to the Toronto, LA and
Vancouver
premieres!
Stephen was unable
to be in the short film, as he
was busy with the filming of Arrow
and Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles. However, Robbie and the rest of the cast perform amazingly in
the
small, short film. I
would definitely love to see more from these
guys!
