Will The Big Bang Theory run past season 10?

As of right now, The Big Bang Theory is contracted for 10 seasons. Sadly, we are in season 9…

But that being said, taking into account the show’s success (averaging close to 16 million viewers an episode) CBS and Warner Bros will
have to battle it out for an 11th season.

As with all contract negotiations, the first priority is making sure the cast is up for more.

In a recent TV Line interview, cast members Jim Parsons (Dr. Sheldon Cooper) and Kayley Cuoco (Penny) are on board for more seasons.

“If the opportunity to go past Season 10 came up, I’d be very hard-pressed to tell you who [among the cast] might say no — if anybody would. I wouldn’t.” – Jim Parsons.

Current showrunner Steve Molaro adds onto the positivity by saying. “I’ll keep pushing forward and, as we learn more, we’ll adjust if necessary… If everything keeps going the way it’s been going, absolutely [I’m up for more].”

So would CBS axe such a popular show? Not if the cast has any say in it.

So what do you think? How long will The Big Bang Theory continue to run?
