20 Perfect Reactions to Disney’s ‘Lion King’ Trailer

Unless you’ve been living under Pride Rock for the past 24 hours you know that Disney dropped the first trailer for their upcoming live-action Lion King and it was nothing short of legendary. With plenty of shot for shot similarities to the 1994 animated classic, the trailer sent fans into a nostalgic and emotional tailspin. We took to Twitter to round up some of our favorite fan reactions (yes, we are all stressing over having to watch Mufasa die again) and were met with utter glee and excitement at the thought of getting to see the beloved film on the big screen once more..and of course, Beyonce.

The Lion King stars Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner John Oliver, Keegan-Michael Key, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Beyoncé, James Earl Jones and is directed by Jon Favreau. It roars into theaters next July!
Having studied Media & Writing at James Madison University, I always knew that I wanted to do some type of creative writing, but being able to write about zombies, Starks, and superheroes on a daily basis for Fan Fest is my actual dream.
