This Fan Made Poster Combines ‘Infinity War’ and ‘The Walking Dead’
While there are certainly different genres in pop culture, if you look hard enough, you can see them blend together. Some of them more often than others. Be it similar storylines, fierce heroes, or terrifying villains – some of the heart of our favorite stories mirror the heart of others.
Two of our favorites, here at Fan Fest, are The Walking Dead and all things Marvel. Not that it’s any big secret, but Avengers: Infinity War is all we’ve been able to talk about lately. That, and the finale of season 8 of The Walking Dead. So when we found a fan who managed to merge the two together, well, we were totally impressed.
At first glance, it looks like a hilarious and clever poster of the cast of The Walking Dead in place of the Avengers. However, after taking a closer look, the caption the Reddit user placed with the photo makes more sense.

Of course, Jeffrey Dean Morgan towers above the rest in place of Thanos. From there, Rick and King Ezekiel stand out, alongside Jesus and Maggie and Shiva and Daryl. Then, there’s Michonne who also plays Okoye and stayed exactly the same. Oh, and we can’t forget Thor as Carl, they’ve just placed a hat over Thor’s face (already with an eye patch).
As far as a lighthearted moment before a heartbreaking movie goes, this one takes the cake.
