Gerard is stockpiling weapons, which leads me to believe he didn’t believe that Team Wolf really left Beacon Hills. And at the end of the teaser, we see Scott and Malia fall into a trap in the hunters’ armory.
Liam is really losing control and attacks Theo. Hopefully Theo can knock some sense into Liam and really get to the heart of the problem. Liam is hurt by Hayden’s departure, but I think his inability to remain in control is stemming from his fear of taking over the pack. He tried to step into the leadership position the first part of the season against the Ghost Riders, but wasn’t very successful. He’s probably feeling that failure and his emotions are being amplified by the two-faced evil thing lurking around Beacon Hills. Liam just has to remember that Scott wasn’t perfect when he started out, and isn’t perfect now. He makes plenty of mistakes.
