He shares a birthday with co-Walking Dead family member Pollyanna McIntosh (Jadis). Legend George A. Romero, Dead at 77

George A. Romero died early Sunday after a short battle with lung cancer. The legendary director passed away in his sleep while listening to the score of the 1952 film The Quiet Man, one of Romero's favorite films.
