‘Limitless’ Season 2: Petition to Renew
The future of CBS’s drama ‘Limitless’ is still unknown. Fans, myself included, are starting to get worried. Will the show live to see season 2?
CBS still hasn’t issued a renewal order for the show. This led fans to raise a petition on Care2 Petitions to renew the show. The petition is up to 291 supporters.
“They should sign this because ‘Limitless’ is a great TV show that needs to be renewed,” the petition says.
Other fans added their reasoning for signing the petition.
Antriksh Kumar Singh of India states “First and foremost one of the best shows – Its not like any other show, Its different – Kind of story which can be created around the characters on NZT is limitless – Full of entertainment. Please do renew the show.”
And Ken Perry from Kentucky says “Don’t let this show become the next ‘Firefly’ that only the fans care about. There are possibilities with this show.”
Well according to the ratings of the show, the odds of ‘Limitless’ getting renewed looks pretty good. The average was about a 1.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This puts it ahead of shows that have already been renewed: ‘Hawaii Five-O,’ ‘NCIS:LA,’ ‘Blue Bloods,’ and ‘Elementary.’ However, the ratings are front-loaded, with the later episodes coming in at a 1.0-1.3 rating.
