‘Fortnite’ Monopoly is Coming!
Fortnite is the top video game right now, and it only makes sense to turn it into a tangible, classic board game.
Epic Games worldwide creative director Donald Mustard announced the game on Twitter last week.

You can see familiar in-game locations to buy on a classic monopoly game board. They include Dusty Divot, Paradise Palms, Tilted Towers and Lazy Link! You’ll be able to choose your favorite skin as a game piece, including Nevermore, Omega and Skull Trooper.
The gaming company also announced a partnership with toy giant Hasbro this week that while give the world the Fortnite-branded Monopoly game along with Nerf Blasters. So, not only will you be able to play a wholesome game of Battle Royale with the family after dinner, but kids will be running around in the real world, blasting each other with Nerf guns to search for hidden challenges! It’s going to be great.
There are plenty of version of Monopoly to go around, including Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Pokemon and all kinds of different levels of the original. And this is not the first non-gaming Fortnite merchandise, as Epic already partnered with a costume company for Fortnite Halloween costumes. McFarlane Toys is also in the process of creating a pretty sweet line of action figures and collectibles for the game. The Fortnite train has certainly left the station!
Fortnite Monopoly will be in stores on October 1st, but the board is actually available for pre-order on Zavvi right now!
