“Avengers: Endgame”: Tony Stark’s Tribute

Avengers: Endgame is now available on digital download.

The massive superhero hit, which is officially the highest grossing movie of all time, can now be watched in the comfort of your own home where you can cry, shout and cheer at all of the epic and heartbreaking moments.

Of course, re-watching Avengers: Endgame isn’t the only reason to get excited. Along with the release of the movie also comes a bunch of bonus content. Accompanying the blooper reel, which you can laugh along to here, were a load of deleted scenes. Many of them were more for laughs and just extended pieces, but one scene in particular has hit fans really hard.

We all remember the noble sacrifice Tony made. Of course you all remember, it’s not hard to forget. But it appears as though there was more to that scene than meets the eye, and unfortunately it was cut.

With a movie that exceeded the 3 hour mark it’s no surprise that certain scenes were either cut or shortened. However, I cannot fathom why this was removed from the final cut. After Tony’s death, we get the funeral scene which brought all the heroes together so that they may say goodbye to one of Earth’s greatest Avenger. What this deleted scene does is give us an immediate reaction to Tony’s death.

You can check out the deleted scene down below.

Other deleted scenes include Thor going to the loo, Rocket getting shaved, and Tony getting offered a job by his father.

Do you think this scene should have been included in the final cut? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Avengers: Endgame is being released on DVD and Blu-Ray in the United States on August 13th and will arrive in the United Kingdom on September 2nd.
