‘Wonder Woman 1984’ Totally 80’s Merchandise Slowly Being Revealed

Wonder Woman 1984 heads to the theaters in 2020 and, as we get closer to the film’s release, merchandise is slowly being revealed.  As expected, the 80’s theme is carrying over into the look and feel of the merch.

The initial images and information coming out of DC has shown a very 80’s take on Wonder Woman, played by Gal Gadot.  From clothing to costumes, the film has captured the style and flare that made the 80’s like no other decade.

A still revealing CCXP official merchandise shows a 80’s retro t-shrit with Wonder Woman on the front, wearing a silver helmet.  We aren’t sure if this helmet will be an official look for Wonder Woman in the film or if this is just an 80’s take on a shirt for the superhero.

Next, there’s nothing like the 80’s than a good notebook.  A series of tweets revealed artwork for a series of notebooks.  The artwork capture some of the 80’s color schemes and layouts, typical of the decade.  We’re hoping for a Trapper Keeper at some point!

Wonder Woman 1984 is set for release for June 5, 2020 and stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristin Wigg, Robin Wright, and Pedro Pascal. Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) squares off against the Cheetah (Kristin Wigg), a villainess who possesses superhuman strength and agility. Patty Jenkins returns to direct the sequel to the highly successful Wonder Woman franchise for DC and Warner Bros.
