‘Fortnite’ Season 8 Challenges – Week 6!

(DISCLAMIER: With our site hack our Fortnite challenge walkthrough is a bit behind. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get back on track with the week 8 challenges!)

Hey there Fortniters! We are on to week 6 and we had some awesome info this week! If you complete at least eight weeks worth of challenges, you will walk away with the Ruin skin! As you know we try and cover the challenges here to help, so let’s try and get you that skin!

Here are your week six challenges!

Free Challenges

  • Visit a wooden rabbit, a stone pig, and a metal llama

Thankfully you do not have to do this all in one match, and you can see them quite easily even while dropping in. The llama we all know about, up above Junk Junction. The wooden rabbit is over above Snobby Shores, and the stone pig is right beside Lucky Landing. Just go by them and a notification should pop for your visit.

  • Visit the five highest elevations on the island

You can easily guess at least two of these. The volcano is one, and Polar Peak is the other. That leaves three non-obvious places to visit. The first is right next to Frosty Flights right where a plane has crashed, it is very hard to get up there however. A hover board, baller, or even the Grappler Gun can help you getting there. Besides this, there are two mountains east of Snobby Shores that are the highest others, you can glide from one almost directly to the other if you do it right.

  • Eliminate three opponents at Lazy Lagoon or Shifty Shafts

As we always say, “Another week, another elimination challenge”. Get your weapon at the ready and head to one of the two above locations. My best bet would be Lazy Lagoon, as people tend to congregate around the ship. If you play a team mode it also makes life easier with respawns. The circle very regularly ends up around Lazy Lagoon as well.

Paid Challenges

  • (Stages) Land at Fatal Fields

You got five places to land as per usual! Start above, then on to Lazy Lagoon, Shifty Shafts, Frosty Flights, and Sunny Steps. Don’t forget even if you miss one if you are in a respawn mode you can try to drop to the location when you come back into the match. You can’t do it all in one match though, you’re going to have to start fresh in a new one.

  • Search where the knife points on the Treasure Map loading screen

If you would like to find it yourself just scroll over to your locker and find said loading screen and bring it full screen. If you are here to find where to go, I gotchu fam. If you go to the abandoned mansion right above the race track at the desert biome, there is a group of trees below it where said battlestar will appear. Should be on a little hill.

  • Get an elimination with a Flint-knock Pistol or Boom Bow

This one was my favorite this week just because the Boom Bow was introduced. Reminiscent of the Torque Bow from Gears Of War (They made that game too), the Boom Bow in a Team Rumble is dangerous once you get it down. Should have your elimination pretty quickly with either of these. If you find a Flint-knock and want to go ahead and give it a try, use it in close quarters for best results.

  • Use two different throwable items in a single match

Super easy final challenge, which is odd given the last one is usually one of the hardest. Just go find two different types of grenades and chuck them! You do not have to hit anything, just throw them. Boom goes the dynamite (literally)!
