New ‘Shazam!’ Action Figure has Hilarious Voice Lines

While April is creeping closer by the day, there is still a lot of time for us to explore our stores. Pretty soon we can expect a new trailer around the middle of January, so that means that the marketing campaign will also start releasing new toys and goodies for the film’s release!

A  Tweet that traveled through the online world shows the new Shazam! action figure I’ve seen everywhere online, with its symbol lightning up every time you click for a sound. Take a look at the Tweet below:

We recognize one quote from in the first trailer that got released at San Diego Comic-Con in the summer: “Your phone is charged, and your phone is charged!” This action figure is a perfect start for Shazam’s merchandise line; it’s even better how they captured exactly how hilarious Zachary Levi is in the voice lines!

In one of the lines, the action figure is saying “Why don’t you pick on someone your own size, enemies of man,” which can lead back to a theory about the Seven Deadly Sins showing up for the movie. Could it be that our hero is up to more than one villain in this movie?

Are you excited for this film? Better yet, are you excited for more merchandise to get released on the shelves and online stores? Let us know in the comments below.

Shazam! will fly and floss into the theaters on April 5, 2019.

Movie synopsis:

“We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong).”
